Please note, my approach is very fluid. While we may begin a session thinking we are doing doing a life coaching session on boundaries, I will pivot (with your permission of course) to use another healing modality within the session if it seems appropriate and helpful for your in-the-moment needs.
I encourage allowing ‘time padding’ on your end to allow for a longer session if we are into it full force. This also allows you some time for self-care, and to process and integrate the session in whatever way makes sense to you.
When an option, I encourage us getting out into the natural world for sessions.. Walk and Talk, Sit and Soak up the sun and sounds! Forest yoga or reiki! Oracle reading in the botanical garden, or on the dock.

I am not your ordinary counselor, or life coach. I bring a totally fresh approach on an old standard. While I am a licensed professional counselor in California, Colorado, Missouri, and Wisconsin, you Do Not need to reside in these states to work with me! I offer services to all clients via HIPAA compliant Telehealth and limited in person dates and locations.

I design and facilitate individual, small and large group personal and business retreats based on desired client goals and outcomes. An intensive experience can really propel you towards growth! Retreats can run for hours to days in length. I offer both live and virtual retreat formats.

I am a recently registered yoga teacher, I am not super ‘polished’, but I have used yoga in my own life and counseling practice since 1997. Yoga has ushered me through some of the most difficult times of my life and I am overjoyed to offer this amazing practice to clients in a safe, non-threatening and healing way. I offer pop-up live and virtual classes and can come to you or your business to provide a variety of practices including a practice I created ~ YoReiGra ~ a combination of Yoga, Reiki and Gratitude. Energy Work
Everything is Energy!
I am blessed to have had the innate ability to connect with others energy fields since I was a young child. Ok, sometimes it has felt rather like a curse, but as a healer it is a truly magical gift which I would not trade for the world! tend to integrate several modalities of energy work into an energy work session. I am a Level 3 Reiki Healer and provide both in person and distance attunements.
I also provide Chakra Healing and Aura Cleansing, and Somatic Processing. These might be found in another box here somewhere!

I have been graced with knowing the unknowable since I remember remembering. I have spent my lifetime practicing shamanic healing without titling it as such; prejudice for the mystic, ‘ungodly’, the different, the intuitive is still alive and well in the Westernized culture in which I still reside.
As your shamanic healer, together we identify energies may be impacting you in a way that does not serve you. We may also identify energies that have left you and need reclamation or reintegration into your being. I use a variety of rituals, each one unique to the client to invoke shifts in energy, consciousness, and intuition amplification. The overarching goal is to determine what seen and unseen energies may be the root of whatever the presenting concern (issue, ‘problem’) is, and then choreograph a mind, body, spirit, energy resolution. There is no one path.

Shamanic Healing
I have been reading tarot and oracle cards for 3 decades. My approach is intuitive and collaborative. I offer one card readings all the way up to a full year spread with monthly checkins and clarifying, embodiment pulls.
Divination/ Insight Exploration
I am am a board Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) for mental health counselors I have supervised MS and PhD level interns since 1997. Depending on your state of residence I can provide supervision needed for licensure. I also am qualified to provide supervision of supervision hours for license and certification renewal. In the future I hope to have a robust enough clientele to taking on a counseling intern!

I am a dynamic, engaging presenter having presented thousands of times over the course of my teaching and counseling career. Whether in front of a group of MS counseling students, professional colleagues, middle school students, first responders, or international conference attendees, I bring knowledge, humor, and interaction to my sessions.
